Formost Transpositor System

The Transpositor conveyor transfers and repositions rows of extruded products for wrapping. The Transpositor increases packaging efficiency in conjunction with a Fuji-Formost FFS-1000 infeed system by achieving line balance and maintaining a consistent, even flow of extruded and/or enrobed products. Positioned ahead of product turning, aligning, accumulating and flow-metering systems, the Transpositor maximizes line balance in high-speed wrapping operations.
