Field Service Technician
Responsible for assembly, installation and repair of machinery at customer facilities as well as the training of customer personnel. Candidate must have at least 5 years strong electrical and mechanical background and be good at troubleshooting. Working knowledge of PLC´s, AC inverters and servo drives a plus. Extensive travel throughout U.S. and Canada; occasionally overseas.

Mechanical Engineer
Engineering Dept. of established automated packaging machine manufacturer seeks a degreed Mechanical Engineer for design of automated packaging equipment/systems. Candidate must be familiar with mechanical components (gears, sprockets, motors, etc.), machine design dynamics momentum and inertia calculations, drive ratio, servo sizing, general ergonomics and safety design concepts. Knowledge of electrical design pertaining to use of sensors, variable frequency drives, and servo drives a plus. This position also creates bills of materials, assists with the sales department with packaging system concepts, assists the assembly department, contributes to the development and review of supplemental instruction documents and assists the service department with technical questions.
Minimum ten years experience required. Previous experience in food processing or packaging is required. Must be proficient with SolidWorks, AutoCAD and MS Office. Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking skills a must. Strong customer service skills with a team-player attitude required. Some travel, both nationally and internationally, to assist with sales, to provide assistance with equipment installations, training and troubleshooting required.
