This version of our GT Bagger
is designed with USDA stainless steel construction. The
Formost Frozen Patty Bagger will automatically package frozen
stacks of meat patties in either a flat pack or penny pack
configuration. The system can be equipped with a special bucket conveyor which transfers hamburger patties in a penny pack configuration to the bagger. The bagger transfer system maintains the product configuration while feeding the stack through the system to the awaiting bag. This system is adaptable to hamburger, chicken, vegetarian patties or similar products. Formost also offers horizontal wrapping equipment for meat applications. The Frozen Patty Bagger can operate at up to 50 bags per minute.
